What does Artu use for AI generation of summaries, action items, sentiment analysis, and other functions?
We use a family of GPT models provided by OpenAI (https://openai.com).
Does Artu use ChatGPT? No. We are using the OpenAI enterprise API, which is different from ChatGPT.
Is my data used for LLM training? No. OpenAI will not use data sent through its API to train or improve its models. This differs from the consumer-oriented ChatGPT offering, which Artu does not use. Please read OpenAI's API Policy.
Does your GPT provider store my data? Data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it will be deleted (unless required by law).
Is there an OpenAI policy I can read? Yes, you can find it at https://openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies.
Can I disable AI features for all users in my organization? Yes, this is possible within the framework of business agreements and will soon be available in Team Plans for individual teams.
How is my data protected during transmission to OpenAI? Our connection with OpenAI is secured by Transport Layer Security (TLS) and is not visible to other parties.
Can I delete generated and source data? Yes. You can archive a meeting in Artu and wait for it to be automatically deleted in 30 days or manually purge it from the archive. At OpenAI, data is retained for abuse and misuse monitoring for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless the law requires otherwise).
